Carlos Montes (Producer)
Carlos has pioneered the use of simple tools to improve how organizations go about achieving results and to disseminate what works and what doesn't. He has managed successfully large projects in the UK and internationally- including the assessment of EU programmes worth more than £25 billion.

Carlos was an Associate of the Prime Minister's Delivery Unit (UK) and in the last 5 years he has worked in Big Lottery funded projects supporting social enterprises in the health sector. Carlos is an associate of Leaside Regeneration. He holds post-graduate degrees from Yale and Columbia.

Lord Mawson of Bromley by Bow (Associate)
Andrew is one of Britain's foremost social entrepreneurs and is renowned for his pioneering work at Bromley by Bow Centre in East London. He also co-founded Community Action Network (for social entrepreneurs) and has recently launched the Water City vision for the transformation of East London and for providing a true Olympic legacy.

Andrew was made a life peer in 2007 and he sits as an independent crossbench peer. He is also the best selling author of the book "Social Entrepreneur: Making Communities Work."

Aldo Paternostro (Film Director)
Aldo is a talented and experienced filmmaker. He has directed both business films and short fiction films. Recently, he has directed and edited films for Cisco, Fairtrade Foundation, Apple and Airbus. Aldo’s short films have been screened in festivals around the world.

Previously, Aldo was instrumental in setting up eDv, a company specializing in biographical documentaries where he directed more than a dozen films. His work has been featured in the Independent, the Guardian and BBC’s Culture Show.

Karen Brown
(Associate)
Karen is an independent adviser on media education and communications. She is also Chair of Action Aid UK. Karen was formerly Deputy Director of Programmes with Channel Four television and managing director of its subsidiary 4 Learning. She was recently director of Channel 4 Television Corporation and member of the UK General Teaching Council.

Peter Ellmore (Director of Photography)
Peter is an experienced cameraman with a strong technical background in live-action, animation mixes, shots of food and commercial products. Peter has worked on a variety of looks and styles on more than thirty commercials, BAFTA-nominated short films, and feature films. Peter has worked as director of photography on commercials for clients such as the Co-Op, Christian Aid, Learn Direct, Guardian, Aldi, MTV, Specsavers, Lynx Deodorant and Tesco.

Zoran Trajkovic (editor)
Zoran is an experienced editor with a strong technical background. He trained as an Avid engineer. Zoran has worked on feature films, short films and business films including work for the NHS and the Life Channel aimed at teenagers, young mothers and the elderly. His work for the Life Channel is screened in schools and G.P. surgeries across the country.

Shona is responsible for producing and directing films for Plan International, one of the oldest and largest international development agencies of the world. She has filmed in the UK and internationally, and she recently won the World Bank micro-documentary film contest on Climate Change.
